Send your invoices by Secure Email
SSLPost provides a secure electronic document delivery service that meets the requirements set out in the HM Revenue and Customs notice for electronic invoicing. Invoices are automatically encrypted to the highest levels of security, allowing you to safely send them by email rather than by post. The SSLPost software guarantees the authenticity of the origin and the integrity of the invoice data by providing a full “audit trail” that records the date and time your invoices are opened. An “advanced electronic signature” is used alongside Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocols to encrypt and protect VAT invoices in compliance with HMRC rules on electronic invoicing.
